The search for a homicide suspect continues (KSEE 24 Fresno)- Car Auction News
Sheriff’s Deputies say last Tuesday 29 year old Kenneth Wilson killed 34 year old Julio Barajas in cold blood. They say Wilson met Barajas and two others at a car auction and then lured the men into the foothills. Wilson hasn’t been found and now sheriff’s deputies are concerned for his girlfriend, 21 year old Irene Alaniz and their infant son. Ex-con once hired by Melton heads back to prison (The Clarion-Ledger)(Car Auction News)
Donald Ray Quinn, an ex-con once hired by Jackson Mayor Frank Melton, was sent back to federal prison today for violating terms of his supervised release. District Judge Henry Wingate he had a problem with marijuana use and asked to be sent to an inpatient drug treatment program instead of prison. But Quinn’s probation officer told Wingate that Quinn had been offered an inpatient drug treatment program in December and turned it down. Wingate said he didn’t know Quinn had been offered a drug treatment program and had turned it down until today’s revocation hearing. read more
